Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar leadership role

• Experience with insurance and restoration projects is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing timeline, budget, and quality
• Manage subcontractors by setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability
• Ensure all jobs are fully documented, compliant, and ready for audits
