We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing Pike Facility Services (PFS) team in Albany NY.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple commercial construction and facility service projects from planning through closeout.
  • Develop scopes of work from site walks, prepare estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Lead project execution by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and self-perform crews.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Pike's quality standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
  • Oversee project financials, contracts, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive collaboration across field and office teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion.
  • Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and construction contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling is preferred.
  • Experience with renovation, facility services, self-perform work, or small works projects is highly desirable.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually. Exceptional candidates whose experience exceeds the qualifications outlined may be considered for compensation outside of the posted range.
