Full Job Description
What you'll actually be doing:
  • Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Owning project financials, schedules, and overall performance
  • Working directly with repeat clients (not one-and-done jobs)
  • Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Solving real-world construction challenges-not just tracking them
  • Driving projects safely, profitably, and with integrity


What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to lead projects-not just support them
  • Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction processes
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Confidence in client-facing situations
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and owns outcomes


Bonus if you have:
  • Industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare project experience
  • Experience with Procore or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Primavera or advanced scheduling tool
