Minimum of 4 years of commercial and industrial construction project planning experience.
Demonstrated project scheduling experience with software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Strong understanding of project milestones, dependencies, and schedule risk management.
Solid knowledge of current construction regulations and plan reading.
PMP certification or relevant project management/scheduling certification is a plus.
ASP Construction certification is an asset.

What You'll Be Contributing:
Manage the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning through completion of construction.
Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, incorporating key activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams.
Coordinate construction project resources and monitor progress against established schedules, proactively identifying deviations, potential delays, and impacts to key milestones.
Coordinate scheduling activities across contractors, trades, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of timelines, resources, and project priorities.
Identify scheduling risks and constraints and work with project stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation or recovery plans.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Act as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes, scheduling impacts, or project issues.
Select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage materials and delivery schedules in support of assigned projects.
Track and report project progress against milestones, schedules, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators, providing regular progress updates and forecasts to management.
What Sets You Apart:

An essential component of this position is regular and consistent business travel, mainly to the United States.
