Pay Range: $97,710.00 - $130,276.66
What You'll Be Doing- Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to drive successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and performance expectations.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and resources while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across all project participants to deliver operational excellence.

- Strong project planning, budget management, and organizational capabilities.
- Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, regulatory requirements, and project controls.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving projects to successful completion.
Work Environment- Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites.
- Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
- Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight.
