Pay Range: $97,710.00 - $130,276.66

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to drive successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and performance expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and resources while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across all project participants to deliver operational excellence.

  • Strong project planning, budget management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and driving projects to successful completion.

Work Environment
  • Combination of office and field-based work at active construction and industrial sites.
  • Regular interaction with contractors, suppliers, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Travel to project locations as needed to support planning, execution, and project oversight.
