Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experience.
• Hands-on management of projects exceeding $10 million each.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with continuous material and labor flow.
• Recent PM experience with a mechanical contractor/subcontractor only (not as an owner's agent or GC).
• OSHA 30-hour certification and familiarity with safety regulations.
• Proficient with modern technology (laptop, tablet, smartphone, software like Microsoft Teams).
• Strong diplomatic skills for internal and external customer interactions.
• Ability to understand and apply precise standards and technical data.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates, along with labor costs.
• Provide direction to workers based on project supervision guidelines.
• Inspect ongoing and completed work for specification compliance.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders for installation requirements.
• Review shop and spool drawings for timely field work execution.
• Adjust work sequences to align with construction schedules using equipment capacity knowledge.
• Act as Business Manager for ColonialWebb on relevant construction projects.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager on project needs related to scheduling, production, and quality.
