Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join us as a Construction Manager to maintain our high standards of excellence as we scale, to lead our team of New Home Superintendents, and to oversee the successful execution of residential construction projects throughout our communities.

The Construction Manager we are looking for will:
  • Thrive on developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional homes and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Warranty, and Regional General Manager.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the high standards our homeowners expect as we continue to scale.

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of New Home Superintendents, mapping out clear pathways for their professional growth.
  • Drive accountability in the field by establishing clear operational metrics, spearheading the hiring/onboarding of field staff, and managing ongoing performance.
