Construction Manager. The Construction Manager provides strategic oversight of assigned site development projects and project teams, ensuring operational, financial, and safety performance across a portfolio of work. This role bridges executive leadership and project delivery teams, driving process, standards, and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluate project risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee resource allocation (staffing, equipment) across active projects
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Report project and portfolio performance to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, technology adoption, and field productivity
- Participate in strategic planning, hiring, and organizational development
QUALIFICATIONS - 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including 3-5+ years in a multi-project leadership role
- Deep expertise in site development/civil construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with enterprise construction management software and reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) a plus.
SALARY $170,000 to $195,000
