Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture required (Extensive construction management experience may substitute).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager required.
• Preferred experience with public projects in California.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-paced projects simultaneously is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of construction estimating, project controls/scheduling, and engineering principles required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management services on diverse projects.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Act as onsite liaison with contractors and oversee construction progress.
• Coordinate and direct activities of contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Manage project controls, costs, and schedules as needed.
• Conduct project meetings, maintaining documentation and tracking.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements for safety and performance.
