What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.

  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support successful project execution.

  • Oversee site activities, monitor progress, resolve issues, and proactively address risks, changes, and field conditions.

  • Review construction plans, specifications, schedules, and submittals to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

  • Track project performance, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Support procurement, scheduling, inspections, and contractor management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; FOUR (4) or more years of additional relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree.

  • SEVEN (7) or more years of experience managing construction projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and field oversight.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Proficiency with standard business and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of construction methods, project controls, budgeting, quality assurance, and safety practices.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

  • Experience managing contractors and coordinating work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience supporting government, military, or aviation-related construction projects.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or related construction/project management credentials.

  • Experience with design-build, renovation, or capital improvement projects.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, or local construction regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with scheduling and project controls software.

  • Prior experience working in a supervisory or mentor role.
