We are seeking a field-based Construction Manager to oversee construction activities across ultrapure water (UPW), wastewater, and reclamation projects. In this role, you will drive safe, high-quality execution from project initiation through final handover, serving as the primary on-site interface between engineering, project management, contractors, and site operations.
What You Will Do
Lead on-site construction and installation activities through commissioning and handover
Oversee daily field operations and resolve construction issues
Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and constructability requirements
Manage schedule execution and drive milestone achievement
Direct mechanical and electrical/control installation activities
Supervise rigging and heavy equipment operations
Oversee piping installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and tracking of materials
Lead coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders
Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and issues while supporting customer interactions
Position Details
Location: USA (Project Site Assignments)
Travel: Up to 95% travel depending on project assignment, including domestic and potentially international travel
Reporting: Reports to Projects Leader with a dotted line to Global Construction Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8+ years of construction management or site supervision experience
Experience with piping systems (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, SS, CS)
Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings
Strong understanding of mechanical and installation practices
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate field execution

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UPW, semiconductor waste/reclaim water, or high-purity water systems operations or installation
Experience on large EPC or industrial construction projects
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The pay for this position is $105,000-$120,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
