CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/RESIDENT ENGINEER
AGS is currently seeking a Construction Manager. Candidate will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. Candidate must be willing to work on project site and may also be required to obtain security clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and licensure in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and/or similar
10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or construction management
Excellent communication & presentation skills (written, oral)
Be a team player and able to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment
LEED AP qualification preferred.
Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure
Required to be legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Develop Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documents
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
