- Design/Value Engineering
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Budget Management
- Inter-company communication with Leasing, Legal, Property Management, and Stakeholders
- Civil, A&E and General Contractor Management
- Schedule and Critical Dates Management
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Pay Application & Change Order Review
- Loan Draw Review
- Project Reporting and Closeout
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university (Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Skills & Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; deadline driven.
- Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings/Documents.
- Proficiency with common office software, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
