Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join our team. As a seasoned attorney, you will lead and grow their construction litigation practice, providing expert counsel to clients navigating complex construction disputes. You will work closely with their clients, colleagues, and industry experts to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction litigation, with a focus on representing contractors, owners, architects, and engineers
  • Proven track record of success in litigating complex construction cases, including trials and appeals
  • Strong understanding of construction law, including contract law, tort law, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and trial skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as mediation and arbitration
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards, including AIA contracts and OSHA regulations
  • Experience working with clients in the construction industry, including contractors, owners, and architects
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring junior attorneys
