Construction Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for construction litigation attorneys with at least 3 years’ experience in its Hartford office. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut.
