What you can earn:Typical outside sales reps at Rexco average a total comp of
$120K/year - but this is a commission-influenced role with no ceiling. Driven competitors have earned
$400K+. Your effort writes your paycheck.

You'll own a book of business and the relationships in it. That means staying in touch (16+ calls/text/day) and getting face-to-face with customers (4+ meetings/day), understanding their equipment needs through a real discovery process, and managing the full sales cycle - from trade evaluations and quotes through financing and delivery. You'll log everything in our CRM, stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity, and consistently build the kind of loyalty that keeps customers coming back.
This isn't an inside role. Expect to have boots on the ground, out with your customers

What we're looking for:- A self-starter who thrives on activity, accountability, and closing
- Someone who solves problems creatively and handles objections without flinching
- Construction industry or equipment knowledge is a definite plus - but not required
- Sales experience appreciated; the right attitude matters more
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adopt CRM tools
- Valid driver's license
