Responsibilities

  • Oversee the punch and turnover process to ensure operational spaces are functional
  • Manage all project-related paperwork including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies or delays that impact project deadlines

Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Coordinate tenant improvement construction at the factory: the daily interface between our teams and the general contractor.
  • Track construction against the production ramp: which areas hand over when, and what breaks if they don't.
  • Run the punch and turnover process so operations gets space that actually works.
  • Manage the paperwork spine: RFIs, submittals, and change orders logged, answered, and closed.
What We're Looking For

  • You've coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
  • You've managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production.
  • You keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from.
  • You walk the site daily and your punch lists close.
  • You escalate schedule threats with evidence and options.
  • Bonus: Manufacturing fit-outs. Procore or equivalent. Permitting basics. MEP coordination.
