Role Scope- Coordinate tenant improvement construction at the factory: the daily interface between our teams and the general contractor.
- Track construction against the production ramp: which areas hand over when, and what breaks if they don't.
- Run the punch and turnover process so operations gets space that actually works.
- Manage the paperwork spine: RFIs, submittals, and change orders logged, answered, and closed.
What We're Looking For- The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
- You've coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
- You've managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production.
- You keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from.
- You walk the site daily and your punch lists close.
- You escalate schedule threats with evidence and options.
- Bonus: Manufacturing fit-outs. Procore or equivalent. Permitting basics. MEP coordination.
