JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan, monitor and control all service activities to ensure alignment with the Company Mission and Core Business Values to achieve all established service objectives and business unit forecasts. Prepare annual budgets for all service operations.
Select, develop and evaluate service personnel to ensure commitment, competence, and human resource availability.
Communicate, monitor and enforce Parts and Service Department policies to ensure a high level of consistency within all Operations.
Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices to ensure that work environment hazards and lost time accidents are maintained at acceptable levels as set forth by the Executive Safety Committee.
Analyze all monthly parts and service financial statements.
Facilitate, Administrate, over company and union issues.
Monitor Abandoned Call Rate (ACR)
Parts sales order management
Warehouse and hose assembly operations
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business management is preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, equipment dealership experience preferred.
