Consulting - Technology Consulting - SAP - Extended Supply Chain - Transportation Management (TM) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1736231), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.

Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to enhance their operations. Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP Transportation Management (TM) system capabilities. Gather requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP Transportation Management solutions that meet client requirements. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Transportation Management issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations. Manage SAP Transportation Management projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope. Ensure successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. Facilitate workshops and seminars to align business needs with SAP Transportation Management (TM) capabilities. Provide user training and create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field and 5 years of work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 4 years of providing consulting services to external clients in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP Transportation Management (TM).

Must have 4 years of experience in at least 5 of the following Transportation areas:
• Order Management
• Planning (Import, Export, Domestic, Truckload, LTL, Parcel, Air and Ocean)
• Execution
• Visibility
• Dock Scheduling & Appointments
• Fleet Management
• Freight cost management
• Freight Settlement

Must have 2 years of experience in managing SAP TM projects or workstreams, and project-based team members.

Must have 4 years of experience with SAP TM integrations with other SAP/S4 HANA modules such as one or a combination of any of the following: SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Extended Warehouse management (EWM), SAP Procurement, and/or Materials Management (MM).

Must have 4 years of experience with implementation, integration, testing and application support in S4HANA embedded TM and/or SAP TM sidecar applications.

Must have 2 years of experience leading SAP TM related workshops and client-facing presentations.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
