As a Conflicts Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the firm's conflicts search and analysis function for new business intake, restructuring matters, attorney onboarding, and portable work. Reporting to the Associate Director, Risk Management, you will lead daily operations, guide a team of analysts, and partner closely with attorneys, the Office of the General Counsel, Risk Management, and Business Intake & Conflicts teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent conflict reviews.

This is an opportunity to combine leadership, process improvement, and risk management expertise while helping the firm deliver exceptional service and informed business decisions.
Must be comfortable commuting to one of our U.S. offices on a hybrid basis.
• Lead Team Operations: Supervise the daily workflow of the conflicts analysis team, ensuring matters are prioritized appropriately and completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Manage Conflicts Review Processes: Assist attorneys and legal staff with identifying, evaluating, and resolving potential conflicts of interest, collaborating with Risk Management and the Office of the General Counsel when needed.
• Drive Quality & Consistency: Establish and maintain analysis protocols, review work product, and ensure high standards across conflicts search and analysis activities.
• Coordinate Complex Projects: Oversee large-scale conflicts analysis initiatives, ensuring effective organization, collaboration, and successful outcomes.
• Enhance Processes & Technology: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
• Support Training & Development: Partner with Business Intake & Conflicts teams to maintain process documentation, support cross-training initiatives, and help onboard and develop new team members.
• Provide People Leadership: Collaborate with Conflicts Counsel and department leadership to coach, mentor, evaluate, and support members of the conflicts analysis team.
• Contribute to Workforce Planning: Assist with identifying staffing needs, coverage requirements, hiring recommendations, and team resource planning.
• Support Reporting & Analytics: Help prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc performance, operational, management, and statistical reports.
• Provide Critical Coverage: Participate in a rotating supervisor on-call schedule and remain available to support urgent and confidential matters, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.

What You'll Bring
• Education: Studies in business administration, project management, management, paralegal studies, legal assistance, finance, or a related discipline are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in conflicts analysis, conflicts searching, risk management, business intake, or a closely related process management environment.
• Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead teams, guide performance, and foster collaboration in a high-volume environment.
• Risk & Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of conflicts identification, analysis, and resolution processes within a professional services or legal setting.
• Organization & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with conflicts search platforms is required; experience with Intapp products is preferred.
