What You’ll get to Do:
We have an immediate need for a Configuration Analyst to join the Business Execution Engineering team performing ECAD Parts Librarian and Configuration Management, primarily for ABM’s and parts lists.
Successful candidate will support multiple programs creating new ECAD library parts, advance bill of materials, part numbers, and parts lists. It also demands a strong ability to understand, implement and adhere to documented processes. Attention to detail and an inherent ability to interpret datasheets, along with a capacity to make sound decisions and take initiative in making the appropriate revisions are key functions of this role.
This position can be filled as a Level 2 or a Level 3 Configuration Analyst
Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
- High School Diploma and/or AA Degree and 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to acquire new skills quickly
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Cadence Allegro
- Demonstrated to be accurate, detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- US Citizenship is required
- Active US Government Secret clearance
- Ability to work on site in Woodland Hills, Ca as required by this role

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Concept HDL
- Proficient with SAP
- Experience with Enovia (Matrix) or TeamCenter
- Exceptional planning and leadership skills

- IPC Certified
Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
