Hiring TimelineWe're actively interviewing candidates now for an anticipated start date within the next 60-90 days. Exact timing will be discussed during the interview process.What You'll DoConduct Aesthetic Consultations- Review patient medical history, treatment goals, and expectations
- Assess facial anatomy and treatment candidacy
- Identify contraindications and recommend appropriate treatment options
Perform Injectable Treatments- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers within your scope of practice
- Follow established protocols and industry best practices
- Deliver natural-looking results with a focus on patient safety
Create Customized Treatment Plans- Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on patient goals
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience- Build trust through thoughtful consultations and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
QualificationsRequired- Active, unrestricted Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Appropriate certifications and practice arrangements required for the role
- Demonstrated experience administering cosmetic injectables
- Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and complication management
- Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
Preferred- Passion for aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
