Position Overview:

The Concrete Project Manager is responsible for managing the financial and operational execution of assigned concrete projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and weekly labor cost tracking.
• Forecast cost-to-complete and protect gross margin.
• Prepare and manage billing, requisitions, and change orders.
