Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
• At least 5 years of experience with electronics and computer systems maintenance.
• Familiarity with local/wide area networks and digital services essential.
• Proficient with camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electronics and computer systems effectively.
• Support and troubleshoot local and wide area networks.
• Manage and maintain peripheral and off-line message preparation equipment.
• Assist with telephone switch modernization and communications systems upgrades.
• Install and configure various security and electronics systems including alarms and cameras.
• Perform diagnostics, hardware replacements, and preventative maintenance routines.
• Document technical procedures and maintain support records.
