Full Job Description
Your Role:

As Compliance Counsel, Rare Tumors, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Rare Tumors franchise and partner with business leaders to promote ethical decision-making and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

You will provide practical, risk-based guidance across commercial and medical activities, helping to identify and mitigate compliance risks while supporting business objectives. You will contribute to training and awareness initiatives, support investigations, and help shape compliance strategies and responses to emerging risks while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization. You will also support broader compliance initiatives designed to strengthen ethical business practices and promote a culture of integrity across the organization.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Legal or Compliance function with a multi-national organization with specialization in pharmaceutical compliance, law and regulations.
  • Senior level collaborator with ability to influence and gain buy in at the leadership level
  • Established reputation for excellence in traits such as credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and trust
  • Collaboratively work across department and geographies and encourage teamwork that respects backgrounds and culture diversity
  • Innovative approach, creative thinker
  • Participate in feedback culture and take responsibility
  • Embracing new opportunities that will shape the future


Preferred Qualifications:
  • J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • US & Global experience strongly preferred


Location: Boston, MA, USA; Onsite (Hybrid)

Travel:

Pay range for this position: $134,700.00 - $202,000.00

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
