Your Role: As Compliance Counsel for Rare Tumors and Operations, you will combine strategic compliance counseling with hands-on support for critical compliance program activities.
In addition to advising business partners on healthcare compliance requirements, you will play a key role in supporting transparency reporting, investigations, training, and monitoring programs. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:- BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Legal or Compliance function with a multi-national organization with specialization in pharmaceutical compliance, law and regulations.
- Senior level collaborator with ability to influence and gain buy in at the leadership level
- Established reputation for excellence in traits such as credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and trust

Preferred Qualifications:- J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
- US & Global experience strongly preferred
Location: Boston, MA, USA; Onsite (Hybrid)
Travel:Pay range for this position: $134,700.00 - $202,000.00
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
