Qualifications

• 6+ years in Transaction Monitoring and Investigations operations, with experience drafting suspicious activity reports.
• 4+ years in financial crime compliance team management.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC and Sanctions regulations.
• Proven writing skills for regulatory and audit purposes.
• Experience managing operational data sets and reporting KPIs/KRIs.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to implement process improvements based on compliance insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of operational objectives for the Compliance Investigations program.
• Scale the investigations team to align with business growth and risk management.
• Develop key metrics to assess the health of the compliance investigations program.
• Manage end-to-end investigations stemming from KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Lead a high-performing team, promoting accountability and professional development.
• Evaluate and improve technology used in the investigations process, including automation.
• Support other workstreams as a senior member of the Compliance team.
