  • Evaluate and improve technology used in the investigations process, including automation.
  • Support other workstreams as a senior member of the Compliance team.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee implementation of operational objectives of the Compliance Investigations program
  • Scale the compliance operations investigations team to support business growth in line with sustainable risk management and compliance support
  • Manage and develop key metrics to determine the health of the compliance investigations program
  • Oversee end-to-end investigations on a range of cases triggered from KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and blockchain analytics.
  • Lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth within Compliance Operations
  • Evaluate ongoing technology utilized in the investigations process including but not limited to automation
  • Be a senior member of the Compliance team where you help to guide and provide support to the other workstreams


About You
  • 6+ years of experience in Transaction Monitoring and Investigations operations processes including hands on experience executing investigations and drafting suspicious activity reports
  • 4+ years of financial crime compliance team management experience
  • A fundamental understanding of AML, KYC and Sanctions regulations
  • Strong writing capabilities where deliverables are to be reviewed by regulators, auditors and law enforcement
  • Experience managing operational data sets including reporting KPIs/KRIs to leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements based on business initiatives and compliance insights.
