Complex Director of Human Resources to join our team in Natick, MA. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can effectively manage and oversee all human resources functions for three properties. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support the overall goals of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for multiple properties.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
