Compensation & Benefits Analyst on the Human Resources Team. This role will lead the design and execution of competitive, equitable and compliant total rewards program in partnership with the CHRO and external vendors. Partners closely with business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIESCompensation Management

Experience in insurance or financial services and the ability to operate independently across both compensation and benefits functions.

LOCATION
This role is remote/hybrid based in the United States. (Tristate area preferred 2-3 days per week in NY Office)
COMPENSATION & PERKS
$125,000- $145,000 base salary + yearly bonus. Salary commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
