This role will be pivotal in giving our community team the backbone it needs to scale significantly in 2027.

- Work with the Revenue Operations team to build the data infrastructure and dashboards behind community reporting, connecting program data to company-wide tools to track ROI and conversions.
- Serve as the main operational point of contact for ambassadors and internal partners to increase time towards resolution on outstanding issues and questions.
You may be a fit if- Deep operations experience in building databases, workflows, and automations that scale, and you design them for the next 10x, not just today.
