Under the general supervision of the Community Development Officer, this position focuses on improving Bangor's neighborhoods by rehabilitating existing housing, supporting and coordinating the creation of new affordable housing, and carrying out related community development activities. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package. Highlights include:

This position's full salary range is $52,374.40 to $70,491.20 per hour and is exempt.
