Communications and Change Management Specialist
The Opportunity:

As a communications specialist with change management experience, you will design, develop, and execute communications strategies that inform, engage, and align key audiences. Your expertise in change management will help drive successful adoption of digital solutions, support organizational readiness, and ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable results.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience performing strategic communications and change management (CM) functions in a professional work environment
  • Experience developing communication and CM strategies and plans
  • Experience using digital tools such as SharePoint, CRM systems, AI, or LLMs to execute communications and CM initiatives
  • Knowledge of structured change frameworks such as ADKAR and stakeholder analysis tactics such as audience mapping
  • Ability to draft, edit, and refine a wide variety of written communication products using correct grammar and style for different audiences
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels and become a trusted advisor
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience briefing senior leaders and working with DoW personnel

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
