Commodity Manager PV/Bess

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced coursework in supply chain/business is a plus.
• CIPS/ISM Level 4+ or equivalent preferred.
• 6-8 years of procurement experience, particularly in sourcing and negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in procurement and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, particularly with Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in collaboration with legal.
• Analyze spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Coach and review the work of junior procurement team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues.
