Responsibilities 3 Take complete ownership of system testing, and commissioning through to final customer acceptance. 3 Work directly with cross-functional engineering teams and clients during design reviews and on-site implementations as a lead Commissioning Engineer. 3 Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical challenges, identify root causes, and document actionable technical solutions. 3 Train client operators and maintenance staff on best practices for machine setup, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance. 3 Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints to ensure precise system assembly and operation. 3 Serve as the primary technical field liaison, delivering pristine customer service and representing brand excellence globally. Qualifications 3 Expert knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, mechatronics, and high-speed automated packaging machinery. 3 Strong diagnostic skills for root-cause electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. 3 Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering schematics and technical blueprints. 3 Outstanding interpersonal and technical communication skills. 3 Ability to deliver high-quality technical training and mentorship to client operators and maintenance technicians. 3 Post-secondary diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3 4+ years of hands-on commissioning experience as a Commissioning Engineer with automated equipment or packaging machinery. 3 Proven background in reading and analyzing complex technical schematics. 3 Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% globally for customer deployments. 3 Valid passport and drivers license for travel requirements.
