Responsibilities

  • Review documentation for completeness against client requirements and contracts.

  • Report and support tracking of deficiencies, unresolved items, and readiness risks.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Commissioning / Turnover Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will support the clients commissioning readiness, turnover, startup, testing, issue tracking, and closeout activities for selected projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop or administer commissioning readiness trackers and support systemization and turnover planning.
  • Coordinate commissioning documentation, facilitate readiness reviews, and track prerequisites to system startup.
  • Support witnessed testing and acceptance activities and maintain issue and punchlist logs.
  • Report commissioning progress to the applicable Project Director of Construction.
  • Review commissioning completion documentation, test records, turnover packages, operational readiness materials, and performance test results for completeness against clients requirements and the applicable contract.
  • Coordinate with Document Control Services, if selected, to ensure commissioning records are indexed, turned over, and available to operations and maintenance teams.
  • Report deficiencies, unresolved punchlist items, readiness gaps, and acceptance risks and support corrective action tracking as directed.
  • Perform all services in a support and coordination role and do not direct contractor means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, or workforce unless expressly authorized in writing.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field, or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or closeout on complex facilities projects.
  • Ability to manage readiness trackers, issue logs, and document turnover packages.
  • Strong coordination skills across construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders.
  • Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring
  • Experience in mission-critical, semiconductor, or industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with systemization and startup planning.
  • Experience supporting witnessed testing and acceptance protocols.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
