Overview

Purpose and Essential Duties:
The Team Manager provides leadership for multidisciplinary teams overseeing Technical Services (TS), retro-commissioning (RCx), and new building commissioning (Cx) scopes within Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) programs. This role is accountable for driving technical excellence, operational performance, and client satisfaction across the full project lifecycle-from early planning and design review through implementation, performance verification, and ongoing optimization.

Projects are typically delivered across complex, multi-building and multi-campus portfolios within higher education and healthcare environments. Commissioning scopes frequently support complex mechanical and controls upgrades, while RCx efforts involve substantial mechanical infrastructure and advanced, integrated control strategies requiring a high level of technical and operational coordination.

The Team Manager is responsible for overall project execution, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality objectives while maintaining a strong, solutions-driven approach to achieving performance outcomes. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, construction management, and trade partners to successfully deliver both retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning efforts.

In addition, the Team Manager is responsible for building, developing, and leading high-performing teams, establishing best practices, and driving consistency and scalability across project delivery.
