Build a Commercial Truck Department. Lead a Winning Team.

Liccardi Ford & Liccardi Chrysler are looking for an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial truck business. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with experience selling commercial vehicles, developing fleet accounts, and building long-term business relationships.We're seeking a leader who can expand our commercial presence throughout New Jersey by working with contractors, municipalities, small businesses, and commercial fleets while managing day-to-day truck operations.What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow the dealership's commercial truck sales department.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet customers.
  • Prospect new commercial accounts through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Manage inbound commercial inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Work closely with manufacturers on fleet programs, incentives, and commercial vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate upfits, body installations, and custom commercial vehicle solutions.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of Ford Super Duty, Chassis Cab, Transit, Ram Commercial, ProMaster, and other work vehicles.
  • Hire, train, and mentor commercial truck sales staff as the department grows.
  • Partner with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to deliver complete fleet solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
  • Automotive commercial truck or fleet sales experience preferred.
  • Previous dealership management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial financing, leasing, and fleet sales programs is a plus.
