The TeamThe Commercial Strategy & Revenue Operations team exists to solve some of TheGuarantors' highest-priority commercial challenges. We identify opportunities to grow the business, develop strategies to capture them, and work across the organization to turn those strategies into measurable results.
Our work spans every part of the commercial organization. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve how we serve customers, launch new initiatives, strengthen our go-to-market strategy, and build the capabilities that enable the business to scale. Because our work cuts across functions, success depends on building trusted partnerships, influencing without formal authority, and aligning teams around a common goal.
We aren't an internal consulting team. We own initiatives from strategy through execution and are accountable for the impact they create. The people who thrive here are comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and excited to solve difficult business problems.
