Job Responsibilities:The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:
- Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
- Must designate material staging areas.
- Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
- Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.
- Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.
Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.
RequirementsWhat we look for in new team members:
- 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years' experience in Roofing Industry
- Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
- Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
- Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
- Positive/solution-based approach to challenges
