  • Collaborate with credit analysts on financial spreads and documentation.
  • Order credit reports, appraisals, and other pre-closing documentation.
  • Fulfill client requests for loan documentation and amortization schedules.
  • Track maturity dates for timely financial collection and loan renewals.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain compliance and support portfolio operations.
  • Assist leadership with special initiatives and reporting.

Full Job Description
Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager

Location: Bowling Green, KY / Lexington, KY / Brentwood, TN (On-Site)

Status: Full-Time, Salary Exempt

What You'll Do
  • Support Portfolio Management: Partner with commercial lenders to manage new and existing commercial loan relationships.
  • Review Loan Performance: Complete annual reviews and monitor term loan performance, including covenant tracking and compliance.
  • Coordinate Financial Data Flow: Manage the receipt and delivery of financial statements to credit analysts and internal systems.
  • Resolve Documentation Issues: Work with internal teams to clear financial, insurance, and post-closing audit exceptions.
  • Assist with Credit Analysis: Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure financial spreads are completed and properly filed.
  • Facilitate Due Diligence: Order credit reports, UCC searches, appraisals, flood determinations, and other pre-closing items.
  • Respond to Customer Requests: Fulfill client needs for amortization schedules, loan documentation, and other post-closing inquiries.
  • Monitor Maturing Loans: Track maturity dates to ensure timely financial collection and loan renewals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally to support efficient portfolio operations and maintain compliance.
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Support leadership with special initiatives and reporting as needed.


What We're Looking For

  • Ability occasionally to work at various locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
