Essential Functions• Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
• Prospect and source lending/banking opportunities
• Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit requests.
• Emphasize sound underwriting with focus on loan policy and compliance.
• Deliver high quality credit presentations through analytics and market analysis.
• Introduce different types of loans based on the analysis of customer needs, explore all options.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain referral networks, alternate channels and other measures to optimize the performance
• Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, excellent product knowledge, and community involvement.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development
• Communications proficiency and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Significant experience with direct and indirect lending products and practices
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.
Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field desirable.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per hour. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
