Qualifications

• 5-15 years of commercial litigation experience, particularly in financial services, real estate, and creditors' rights matters.
• Strong experience with motions practice, court appearances, and depositions.
• Trial and/or arbitration experience preferred, enhancing litigation capabilities.
• Must be barred in Florida, ensuring compliance with local legal standards.
• Demonstrated strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, essential for effective legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, ensuring comprehensive case management.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents to support litigation efforts.
• Manage discovery processes and take/defend depositions, facilitating thorough case preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and conferences, representing clients effectively.
• Assist with trial preparation and overall litigation strategy, contributing to successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on sophisticated business disputes, fostering strong professional relationships.
