Candidates should have three or more years of litigation experience and be admitted to practice in New York State or qualify for admission. Prior litigation or white collar experience will be highly regarded, and prior experience as a court or appellate clerk will be considered. Candidates must have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated research and writing experience and the ability to thrive in a team environment. This position has room for significant growth and responsibilities appropriate to the attorney's level of experience.
Salary range: $120,000 to $155,000.
This salary range represents the firm's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
