Type: Full -Time Salaried Exempt; (not eligible for overtime)
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in commercial lending.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Proven ability to source, structure, analyze, negotiate and close multi-million dollar credit facilities and generate new business of $10-15 million annually.
- Ability to toggle between CRE, C&I, IRE and AD&C lending.
- Proven client relationship and portfolio management skills.
- Experience closing loans under the SBA's 504 and 7a lending programs.
- History of compliance with the various regulations pertaining to commercial loans.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$170,000 per year depending on qualifications.
