Description
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and field employees. Also supervises employees and maintains a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and Corvant Safety systems. This is a traveling position. Travel is required.

Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive)
• Ensure the work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and Corvant Safety protocols.
• Oversee and ensure the installation of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain consistent contact with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout the company.
• Request and coordinate material and equipment needs with on-site leadership and the Project Manager.
• Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
• Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend and participate in GC meetings.
• Conduct weekly inspections and safety meetings. Provide copies of signed safety forms to the General Contractor and Corvant Safety team.
• Walk the job constantly to follow up with installers.
• Identify problems that need to be corrected.
• Follow up on all purchase orders and/or extra work.
• Maintain open and positive communication with field employees.
• Manage subcontractors; ensure work done meets contract and company requirements.
• Keep up to date with all Corvant policies and procedures, industry standards, and government regulations.
• Available via telephone after hours and on weekends for emergencies and/or customer-related issues.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• EPA certificate preferred.
• Must have ten or more years of experience.

• Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
• Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
