Commercial HVAC Service Technician (5+ years commercial experience) What You'll Work OnOur technicians service a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Split Systems
- Air Handlers
- Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Make-Up Air Units
- Exhaust & Ventilation Systems
- Building Automation Controls (working knowledge preferred)
You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications- NATE Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers
