Role Overview
The Commercial Field Engineer's primary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers in the Commercial tier throughout their post-sales journey. In this function, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success by partnering with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support teams to ensure customers realize the full value of CodeRabbit.

What you will do:
Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for commercial and mid-market customers
Help customers configure and optimize CodeRabbit within their development workflows and CI/CD environments
Deliver customer trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs
Conduct configuration and integration reviews to ensure customers are following best practices and maximizing platform value
Troubleshoot customer issues and partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive timely resolutions

Comfortable working from the command line and debugging technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
