You will design, build, and scale sophisticated communications strategies that build associate confidence in our business priorities, showcase our momentum, and accelerate our overarching journey to become the Top Middle Market Bank. We are looking for a strategic "do-er"—someone who can confidently advise senior executives, but who is equally excited to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to help the team get the job done.

Creative Storytelling & Internal Engagement

  • Plan and prepare effective and thoughtful internal communications that engage and inspire leaders and associates 6 including narratives, key messages and announcements

  • Create engaging experiences and creative storytelling 6 including executive-led meetings (virtual and in-person), digital/video assets, presentations and special events

  • Move beyond broad strategy broadcasting to highlight tangible wins, lessons learned, and evidence of progress that prove our strategy is working.

Execution of our Strategy

  • Balance high-level strategic planning with seamless, tactical execution; no task is too big or too small when it comes to supporting the team and delivering results.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and resourcefulness to push projects across the finish line

  • Evaluate the performance of communications using core data and metrics; recommend ongoing adjustments to communications strategies, messaging, and channels/forums based on quantitative and qualitative feedback loops.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor 27s degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in communications
