What You'll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, and other commercial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness
- Lead job site safety, subcontractor meetings, and project documentation
- Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules using Microsoft Project
- Resolve field-level issues and collaborate with PMs and leadership
- Use Procore to manage daily logs, punch lists, and progress tracking
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, QSR, C-stores, restaurants)
- Procore, Microsoft Project, and blueprint reading proficiency
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Willing to travel within Texas
- Comfortable leading field teams and doing hands-on work if needed
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
